Water Temperature Sensor 385720500 SW039 is a side-pocket mounting sensor designed for the Perkins 1103 and 1104 family of naturally-aspirated and turbo-charged diesels (3.3 L and 4.4 L). Typical installations include Massey Ferguson 2400/3400/5400 orchard and utility tractors, MF 5700 SL narrow-vineyard tractors, mid-range combine harvesters, 50-120 kVA generating sets, plus compact wheel loaders, skid-steer loaders and 7-14 t hydraulic excavators employed in agriculture, construction and material-handling sectors world-wide.

Thread form M14 × 1.5 parallel, 19 mm hex, 18 mm reach; sensing range –40 °C to +140 °C through a precision NTC thermistor (2 500 Ω @ 20 °C, 300 Ω @ 80 °C, 120 Ω @ 110 °C, ±2 % tolerance). Electrical interface is a two-pin sealed Deutsch DT04-2P, IP67 rated, vibration resistant to 50 g, overall length 52 mm, mass 46 g.
